What is the order process? 
Once you submit your enquiry online you will immediately receive an email to confirm that we have received your enquiry.

Within 1 business day you will receive an official quote from your local Worldwide centre. Once you have confirmed the items you wish to order, we will proceed to artwork proofing and approval. The artwork proof will show the style, colours, size and positioning of the branding that is to be on the products. We will use any artwork that was sent with your initial enquiry or we can create it for you (additional artwork charges may apply).

There you will have the opportunity to approve it, or make suggestions for changes and improvements. Once you have approved the artwork, we will go into production. Nothing goes into production until we have your approval.  Note - any quoted delivery times are only applicable after artwork has been approved.


What kind of artwork should I upload? 
The higher the resolution the better. AI, EPS or hi resolution PDF files work the best, but they must have been originally created in that format. Saving a file in one of these formats will not have the same effect. 


Can you help me create my artwork? 
Absolutely! Our in-house design team have experience working with a wide range of industries and businesses, so can help you maximise your designs.  


Do you keep my artwork on file? 
Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your designs on other products simple and easy. 


What kind of branding or decoration method should I use? 
The methods used for branding and decoration will vary depending on the product chosen. Some products have limited decoration options and some offer multiple options. Your choice will depend on the outcome required and cost. We have full information here on the different options including their advantages and limitations. 


Why is there a specified or limited area that can be branded? 
The decoration method and machine and can occasionally restrict the available branding space. For example, before embroidery can be applied, a frame must be inserted into the product. As a result, the embroidery size is confined to the dimensions of the frame that can be used. 

Pad printing involves a method where a rubber stamp collects ink from a plate and transfers it onto the product. Since the stamp is flat with minimal flexibility, printing on curved surfaces is limited to a certain portion of the circumference; beyond that, the image may become distorted at the edges. 


Can I see the item with my branding before I proceed? 
We can send unbranded samples (at a small cost) and you will always be shown a mockup with the artwork in the right position for approval before production begins. In most instances a full pre-production sample is not possible nor financially viable. 


What if I am unable to find the item I want on your website? 
Let us know what you are after, and we will do our best to track it down for you. We have access to APACs largest range of promotional products so can almost always find what you need! 


How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
Production times can vary based on the type of product, how much customisation is required, and quantity ordered. The more customisation or personalisation that is required, the longer it will take to produce. On average, you can expect to receive your branded promotional products within 2-4 weeks from the order confirmation and final design approval. For rush orders, please contact us to discuss your specific deadlines, and we will do our best to accommodate. 


Where do you deliver to? 
We can deliver to any physical address in Australia. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or overseas. 


Can I cancel or change my order? 
Cancellations or changes can only be accepted if your order has not yet gone into production. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact us and we will endeavour to assist you. 


What are the terms of payment? 
Payment needs to be made prior to delivery. Once you have approved the artwork, we will begin production and receive a confirmed dispatch date. At this stage we will prepare an invoice for you.
